My little brother in college had a mental break and ended up with 5 charges including the state wanting to take his car. Mr. Patel was very efficient, answering calls and sending emails, whenever requested. Understand that you have to research and ask questions yourself to know what kind of service y...ou want. I would email him and his assistant day and night and have no issues with returning calls or emails. You do pay upfront but that’s the point here, you are paying for a service and this is how attorney fees work when you are dealing with a true professional. My brother ended up getting not guilty by reason of insanity after almost a year of Mr. Patel working with the states attorney and listening to our concerns as a family and fighting until the decision. I am truly grateful and thankful we hired him and would recommend to anyone who feels helpless in the court system.

Mr. Patel did a great job in my case. He defended the best he possible could until the end and I was found not not guilty. He is a very nice and personable guy that cared a lot about me and helping me out. He is an excellent lawyer and I would recommend him to anyone. One of the other things I like... a about him is that he is a no bullshit kinda person that told me the good and the bad every step of the way.

As far as DUIs are concerned this man knows absolutely nothing. He completely screwed my case after I consulted with a REAL DUI attorney in Chicago I found out I could have had my license back about a year and half ago but because of the MANY things this lawyer did not inform me of my process has tu...rned into what will now be a 2 year ordeal. I just don't think he should advertise himself as a DUI attorney if that is not his knowledge base.

Patel, defended a family member in a drug case and while his claims of his greatness seem to good to be true..THEY ARE. He rarely comes to court, his office does not keep you informed of changes in court dates, or changes in the State's prosecution. The lawyers he sends in his place are fly by nigh...t, and once Patel is paid, he is done seeing you. His lackeys see you and do nothing. Also, Patel does not give you copies of the evidence against you. You can meet with his lackey and look at it, but you can't have copies.
