As far as DUIs are concerned this man knows absolutely nothing. He completely screwed my case after I consulted with a REAL DUI attorney in Chicago I found out I could have had my license back about a year and half ago but because of the MANY things this lawyer did not inform me of my process has tu...rned into what will now be a 2 year ordeal. I just don't think he should advertise himself as a DUI attorney if that is not his knowledge base.

Patel, defended a family member in a drug case and while his claims of his greatness seem to good to be true..THEY ARE. He rarely comes to court, his office does not keep you informed of changes in court dates, or changes in the State's prosecution. The lawyers he sends in his place are fly by nigh...t, and once Patel is paid, he is done seeing you. His lackeys see you and do nothing. Also, Patel does not give you copies of the evidence against you. You can meet with his lackey and look at it, but you can't have copies.

He isn't trustworthy at all. I hired him a year into my felony case. He made promise after promise. After he was paid upfront his only concerns were that i take a plea deal and me putting money in a trust he would set up. He fast talks you and tries to force you to take a deal that isn't in your favo...r. He also becomes to busy and sends other lawyers to answer your questions.

No recommend this attorney to anyone. This man talks about money all the time. He said that he would charge you a lump sum to defend you of a misdemeanor charge and then start sending you bills with additional charges and forcing you to make a plea deal for him no to waste time going to court. I fire...d him because he is a terrible attorney. I rated him 1 star because there was nothing less than that.
