David Babb was my 72 year old father's attorney for his divorce. David was very professional and patient with my father throughout the entire process. David was very prompt with his communications between my father and myself. Communication in this situation was very difficult as my father lived in P...ontiac and I lived out of state. David even took the time to make an appointment with us on a Saturday when my husband and I were able to come into town and go through everything with us in detail. David continued to push for results from the other attorney involved in the divorce process. We would highly recommend David Babb for any legal representation. David's rates were very responsible in a case that took roughly 10 months to complete. David's office staff were also always very professional and prompt for anything we needed when David was unavailable. We can't thank David and his team enough!

Child custody case. He advertises family and child custody. He charged rhousands of dollars to do research on child custody. His Billing statements very vague and all lumped together and a final total for the bunch for that month. Disputed his last statement for 750.00 research on child custody case.... I Refused to pay. I had to Fire him because he stopped working in the middle of the case, because I refused to pay for his research. He filed a civil suit against me for 1400 from that original bill of 750. (Court costs and finance fees.). Court was a joke. Plain to see he actually makes most of his money on civil suits it seems. (Check his record on Judici.com. Worse attorney ever! Do not use or sign his contract for him to represent you, because if you do and he screws up handling your case and you don't pay his extremely high bill because you don't think you should because of his admitted mistake(his rate is lower but don't let that fool you because I fe...el he charges you for time that I don't believe he is actually doing anything on your behalf) he will take you to small claims court to collect his unjust bill!
