Child custody case. He advertises family and child custody. He charged rhousands of dollars to do research on child custody. His Billing statements very vague and all lumped together and a final total for the bunch for that month. Disputed his last statement for 750.00 research on child custody case.... I Refused to pay. I had to Fire him because he stopped working in the middle of the case, because I refused to pay for his research. He filed a civil suit against me for 1400 from that original bill of 750. Worse attorney ever! Do not use or sign his contract for him to represent you, because if you do and he screws up handling your case and you don't pay his extremely high bill because you don't think you should because of his admitted mistake(his rate is lower but don't let that fool you because I fe...el he charges you for time that I don't believe he is actually doing anything on your behalf) he will take you to small claims court to collect his unjust bill!
