Mr. Arkell was an F-1 international student and then permanent resident before obtaining his U.S. citizenship. His personal experience with the U.S. immigration system helps him understand his clients questions and concerns as they navigate the immigration process together. Mr. Arkell is the senior partner in the Dunn Law Firm, LLP in Bloomington, Illinois which was founded in 1915.
