This is my first time EVER writing a review for anything. My terrible experience has to be shared to forewarn the world about Tusek's service. As a pub defender, Tusek started off my criminal and traffic case very professional, gave me hope and seemed like he was on my side. After our 1st court appe...rance Tusuk literally became impossible to contact, and he seemed to be more focused on me pleaing guilty than trying to prove my innocence. He refused to file any motions that would better my case, did not follow through with any of the background work to look into my case and he lacked knowledge of the details of my case, then expected/encouraged me to plea guilt!!!! To make matters worst, exactly 2 days before my trail date without any forewarning tusek withdrew from my case which placed me in an even worst situation. Long story short, he has poor communication, poor work ethic, did not put his best foot foward when working on my case, and he seemed to be working with the state instead of working for the defendents best interest. Although I'm sure my case could've been won with a public defender, I was forced to hire a private attorney who would take my case and I more serious.
