Robert James Hanauer

My experience with Mr. Hanauer was excellent. Throughout the case, he demonstrated that undoubtedly knew the law better than the opposing attorney, and at one point in the hearing, he knew the law even better than the judge himself! He was extremely reassuring to me and my family throughout the entir...e process, and updated us promptly when there were new developments in the case. I felt very comfortable trusting him to win the case for us, and he did. I would definitely recommend Rob Hanauer!

We purchased a house in 2010. The developer took issue with a fence we had constructed and tried to retroactively enforce a covenant that would make us remove the fence. So, we were facing a civil lawsuit. We hired Rob as our attorney....I did not know him personally beforehand, but we went to t...he firm where he was employed based on their reputation. I had never been sued in my life. The experience was unnerving to say the least. Rob always let us know the status of our case as it progressed. More importantly, he conveyed the technical aspects of our case in practical, understandable language. He always gave us a fair and candid assessment in order for us to decide what options we wanted to pursue. He put himself in our position...almost as if was his house. Many attorneys advertise that they take on the case as if it was theirs, but Rob displayed this out of the gates and through to the finish line. The case languished on for three years and thanks to Rob's expertise, the verdict came back in our favor. I hope never to need an attorney again, but if i do, it will be Rob Hanauer.

Rob did a very good job for me and my family. There were some very harsh accusations made against us and Rob was very methodical about walking us through the whole process. Very confident, professional and able to relate with all family members. Rob possesses the ability to adjust his style as ...needed. A strong reputation, quick whit, and thorough understanding of the law makes him the one you want on your side. He was always accessible and easy to converse with about multiple topics.
