Robert James Hanauer

I am not surprised that Mr. Hanauer opened his own law firm. He represented me so well a couple of years ago that I knew it was just a matter of time before he would successfully strike out on his own. My first impression was very positive. He listened, he was respectful, and he was down... to Earth. My family loved him. One of my relatives "googled" him. It seems that he has been successful and impressive all of his life, even before he became a lawyer. During my case I noticed that he was respected greatly by his peers. I watched other lawyers, the judge, and even the opposition react to him. I could tell that they all thought highly of him also. We won, and he gave me sound advice for the future afterward. When I began the legal process, my friends and family told me to kiss my retainer money goodbye. So, I kept a close eye on my billing. I ended up getting back a portion of my retainer. It was nearly the exact amount that I had calculated. All of that talent and a fair-minded billing practice too. I would hire him again no matter where he is whether that's in-town, in-state, or across the country. I don't just consider him my ex-attorney; I consider him a friend.

Mr Hanauer is an excellent attorney; we were very impressed with the way he handled our case he knew exactly what needed to be done to alleviate our situation & gave us all the options on how to handle our problem but also helped us to see the best option for us long term; you can tell he really care...s about you as an individual. He knows the law & how to use it to benefit you; we would highly recommend him to anyone that needs a great lawyer; if we ever need a lawyer again he is the only one we would want.

My experience with Mr. Hanauer was excellent. Throughout the case, he demonstrated that undoubtedly knew the law better than the opposing attorney, and at one point in the hearing, he knew the law even better than the judge himself! He was extremely reassuring to me and my family throughout the entir...e process, and updated us promptly when there were new developments in the case. Rob was very aggressive and knowledgeable how to win our case of a privacy harassment dispute. While Rob is aggressive against the other party/attorney, he is compassionate and listens to ensure he completely understands the situation. Rob is "in it to win" the case for the client and not to treat ...you as a number. By understanding and gaining client trust, he recognizes false statements, by the other party, and can easily highlight the statements so the judge could recognize the validity of the case. He has great resources and continually goes the extra mile to understand previous court rulings and is always one step ahead, anticipating the next question/challenge!
