Robert James Hanauer

I am not surprised that Mr. Hanauer opened his own law firm. He represented me so well a couple of years ago that I knew it was just a matter of time before he would successfully strike out on his own. My first impression was very positive. He listened, he was respectful, and he was down... to Earth. My family loved him. One of my relatives "googled" him. It seems that he has been successful and impressive all of his life, even before he became a lawyer. During my case I noticed that he was respected greatly by his peers. I watched other lawyers, the judge, and even the opposition react to him. I could tell that they all thought highly of him also. We won, and he gave me sound advice for the future afterward. When I began the legal process, my friends and family told me to kiss my retainer money goodbye. So, I kept a close eye on my billing. I ended up getting back a portion of my retainer. It was nearly the exact amount that I had calculated. All of that talent and a fair-minded billing practice too. I would hire him again no matter where he is whether that's in-town, in-state, or across the country. I don't just consider him my ex-attorney; I consider him a friend.

While our legal issue was relatively minor (unwarranted ticket for barking dogs), Rob took the time to listen to the issues we have had with the complaining neighbor. He gave us a few options, talked us through the time frames, costs, and pros vs. cons. Our ticket was dismissed after he got the rig...ht information in front of the right person. While I hope I never need an attorney again, I would definitely hire Ron Hanauer again. I will also recommend him whenever I can.

I had falsified allegations leveled against me. A county deputy recommended Rob to me. I am completely impressed with Rob's intelligence and ideas on how to defeat these false allegations. He was able to convince my accuser to dismiss these allegations by showing them he could crush their case with t...he truth and pit bull like aggressiveness. I highly recommend Rob to anyone needing a first rate attorney.

Robert is AWESOME!!! He worked hard on my Sons case n brought him home to his kids n family n I'm indebted to him he just don't know how much stress he helped take off of my heart. I would refer Rob to anyone because he puts his clients first n he will tell u how it is n he did just what he said he w...ould do.
