Joe and his staff are absolutely amazing. I went through a nightmare case and sadly hired him late in the game but he still put in all the effort he could to get me a good outcome even though he was late to the game. Can i also just point out that when i was crying and having a panic attack after one... of the hearings he calmed me down and let me cry on his shoulders! he didnt have to stay late he didn't have to talk through things and make me laugh but he did! He and his staff were always there to answer my questions and work with me even down to the bill. I will always go to him and recommend him in the future if i ever need help again! let's hope i don't but if i do its him ill choose. Thank you Joe for everything!

Since my divorce back in 2010 I’ve been in 3 custody battles with my daughters father, this last one I hired Joeseph Borsberry to take my case. It was a long process but not due to Mr Borsberry but due to my ex husband and his attorney. Mr Borsberry is located an hour away from the town we lived in, ...he did everything in his power to work with us to save money on traveling fees, we were able to do most of our meetings via phone, during this process we only had to go to the court house 2 times and kept most of it very civil.
