Lawrence Adam Elster

For over 31 years I have concentrated my law practice on a full range of corporate transactions and real estate and related matters, including matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, development, financing, construction, leasing, management and sale of businesses and real property assets.

I have significant experience in general business law and transactions, and probate matters and related tax issues. In addition, I have experience in the negotiation, documentation and administration of economic development incentives such as TIFs and tax abatements.
