Tanya Witt

I switch to Tanya after my previous attorney was not letting me know what was going on in the case. I discussed this with Tanya prior to hiring her and she said she would keep me well informed, which she has. I get an email within a day or so of any new movement, which i like - I need to at least k...now what is happening. My divorce is a little complicated in that we have 2 small children and pretty different ideas on how to raise them. Tanya is helping me understand my options and how the law tries to do what is best for the children, and what rights I have, and how to come up with a reasonable position about coparenting. Probably no one really likes getting divorced, but she has been good to have on my side as we sort all of the issues out.

I work out of state now and I hired Tanya to represent me in my divorce from my wife who still lives in Chicago. Tanya was really easy to work with and did a great job representing me. She kept me informed of what was happening along the way, helped me know what to expect regarding the process of get...ting divorced, and was very responsive to my questions. I recommend her.

They represented me in my divorce and really looked out for my interests. The divorce process was stressful, but t...hat was not really their fault - it is just how it works in the courts with the laws, and dividing assets and agreeing to custody arrangements is just not fun.
