So happy that we found Paul Weltlich! From the consultation to our settlement, and everything in between he really went above and beyond! Having little knowledge of the legal system, Paul made sure he took the time to explain each step of the process. He treated us more like family than clients and we couldn’t have been happier with the outcome of our case!
A co-worker and I were lucky enough to find Paul. We were both over 60 and neither of us had ever been sued or sued anyone else. Our case was a federal one, for age discrimination, by our past employer which was also a Fortune 500 Company. Paul walked us through the process step by step and we always were apprised of what was happening. Since the large company had virtually unlimited funds, they dragged out everything they possible could. Paul stuck with it and over three years from being the process Paul got us a positive resolution just before the case went to trial. For all his hard work on my behalf, I consider him to be a fine Lawyer and a good friend!

The Best
As far as attorneys go Paul Weltlich is by far the best you can find. His attention to detail is amazing in every part of the case he is involved with. A co-worker and I were unjustly terminated from a very large corporation on the same day to the hour. Paul explained the federal guild lines for an age discrimination case from the top to the bottom and what we could expect. He is honest, fair and will get you the best settlement the law will allow. You cannot go wrong on having Paul go to bat for you, I consider him a good friend and a GREAT attorney.
