Jeffrey E. Altshul

While employed by a previous bank I had the opportunity to work with Jeff Altshul as the bank's counsel on a client that involved the break up of two partners. Their break up lead to the eventual failure of a successful business. Jeff's ability to work with the bank and the co-operating partner was ...intergral to maintaining a good working relationship between all parties involved. Counsel for the disgruntled partner was less than helpful, but in spite of that fact Jeff was able to skillfully negogtiate with them in a manner which allowed for the wind-down process to continue forward to it's final disposition. Jeff is the consumate professional, knowledgable of the law and I'd be happy to work with him or recommend him to others in the future.
