Avoid at all costs
Do not sign any engagement letters with Mark or his firm. He overcharged and underserved me. While he did nothing illegal, it is attorney's like Mark Bereyso that give the attorney's a bad name. If he is representing you current find another attorney immediately, if you are considering having him...
