I am a full time trial attorney at Romanucci & Blandin, LLC, one of Illinois’ top plaintiff only personal injury law firms. We represent individuals and their families in numerous practice areas, including personal injury, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, wrongful death, workers compensation, pharmaceutical mass torts, civil rights, police misconduct, excessive force, aviation, product liability, and premises liability.
Over the past 20 years, our firm has recovered more than $300 million in verdicts and settlements, with dozens of cases exceeding $1 million, including a $30 million verdict against a hospital, $44.7 million verdict against the City of Chicago, a $38.75 million class action settlement against the City of Chicago for their unconditional red light ticket system and $22.3 million medical malpractice verdict against a hospital.
