When people are under great emotional stress, they sometimes make hasty decisions and rush to judgment. I am no exception to that rule. I wrote a scathing review of Mr. Beaumont's representation of my loved one. I accused him of not filing certain motions, charging an exorbitant fee, and then "lea...ving her out to dry." Subsequently, I learned that I had been misinformed and that the motions had in fact been filed. As the hearing progressed, it became painfully obvious to me that Mr. Beaumont had put in a considerable amount of time and effort into her defense behind the scenes, and that his fee was not exorbitant. I believe if someone is quick to criticize, he should be just as quick to apologize. I apologized to Mr. Beaumont after the hearing and he graciously accepted my apology. Now, I believe it is necessary to not only publicly apologize to Mr. Beaumont, but to AVVO and its readers.

Mr. Beaumont has been my attorney for several years. He has always been willing to help me. He even took on a case for me pro bono because he knew I couldn't afford the fees because he wanted to help me when most lawyers would have not done the same. I consider him not just my attorney but a friend a...s well and would recommend him and have.

I hire larry a few yrs ago nd all i gotta say is he is the best. I was looking at a federal sentance of 15yrs to life in a big drug case nd couldn't get bounded out from Mcc with out posting a 200.000 property or the bond money.
