Lack of empathy borders on unprofessional
She operates as an Administrative Law Judge but seemingly knows little of the laws related to city parking or speed camera violations. She condescendingly reads the violation to you but fails to listen to the defendant’s response and is unable to answer any questions raised by the defendant. Overly ...

My city zone changed overnight with 0 notice via mail, phone, email, ordinance, posted sign, etc. She decided it was perfectly fair for residents to be issued tickets for it.

No understanding or empathy
After taking quite a while to consult her about a very reasonable and understandable situation, she failed to demonstrate any empathy or understanding and I was left feeling very unheard. Would not recommend working with her in the future.
