Terrible

I contacted him and he said that he would give me a date and the time the following week, he never did and I re-contacted him 3 weeks later. He gave me a date and said evening. Later he said at 6pm. He did not call send a zoom link or anything. I called at 6:30pm and he said he must have missed my em...ail. Then we discussed my needs which were to amend my trust, he just kept asking for detailed spellings over the phone!! He told me he was starting over. I gave him what he needed and said I would get back for a date to come in to sign. I asked him when I would get the documents to review and he said that he doesn't send documents out for review!!! He got snippy with me on the phone said, have a good day and hung up!! Yikes!!

Thomas J Olofsson, expert on trusts, wills, elder law

Tom educated me, a parent of two sons, about the value of a trust to ensure that my sons, who are my heirs, inherit my estate as part of a seamless process. Before sitting down with Tom, my knowledge of trusts was quite limited. I had assumed that trusts were designed for wealthy people, not for a mi...ddle class family. Now that I understand how a trust protects a family's assets and guides the distribution of those assets, I wonder why no one recommended a trust previously. Not only did Tom provide a clear, straightforward explanation of trusts, he also provided a binder holding all of the necessary information and forms that I would need in order to take this important step on behalf of my family. A final note: Tom makes house calls.

Knowledgeable, professional, would highly recommend.

Tom Olofsson assisted me in updating a will & trust sent up 10 years ago. The updates were needed & explained well; Tom came to our home which made the process pleasant & quick. Tom also worked well with extended family members. We feel confident & relieved that we are now all set with these end of... life details.

Great job Tom!

I have been working with Tom Olofsson for many years and also serve with him on the FPA board. He is an excellent estate planning and special needs attorney. Recently I had a complex situation involving a death and special needs. The documents Tom wrote and advice he gave proved invaluable.

Professional courteous

Mr. Olofsson wrote a wonderful ,concise will for my family. We have had the will updated just recently. Very happy, with him an the advice he bring along.
