A former professional musician and songwriter, Mikhael specializes her legal practice in worldwide intellectual property, fine art issues, licensing, merchandising, branded entertainment, technology, and social media.
As the General Counsel for an international media company / lifestyle brand , Mikhael sat across the negotiating table from and closed deals with the likes of Coca-Cola, Disney, Mattel, FIFA, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Sandisk, and many others. Before serving as in-house general counsel, Mikhael was the senior associate at , one of the top franchise litigation law firms in the United States
