My wife just gave birth to our first child and shortly thereafter my mother-in-law scared the living crap out of me about not having a will. I didn’t know the first thing about estate planning, so after looking around at a few different lawyers online, I got a free consultation with Greg. He was MEGA...-helpful!! No pretenses or legal jargon to intimidate me; he came over to our apartment and didn’t mind all of our piled up dishes and dirty laundry. Greg was able to guide me in the decisions I never wanted to think about or deal with in a way that made me feel at ease. Even more he talked to me like a friend and someone who genuinely cares about my needs and my family's best interests.

We were daunted at the thought of doing wills because we didn't have a sense of cost, what else we should be asking about, and generally felt rather ignorant about the whole process. Greg's mission statement drew us in. We were pleasantly surprised that for one flat (reasonable) fee we would get wi...lls, power of attorney, HIPAA, living wills and instructions! Having him come to our house as opposed to going to an intimidating office setting was also convenient. Greg walked us through everything and answered our questions knowledgeably and patiently. He anticipated details we had not thought about and he communicated and managed our expectations really well. All in all the process was stress-less, easy and affordable. Greg was absolutely great to work with, we are very pleased with the final Estate planning documents we have a result. Greg has a lot of experience and thus the know-how to make what could be a complicated process actually very user friendly. We have a special needs son and a few other complex family... situations that needed to be addressed in our documents, Greg was patient and thorough in working with these issues. We just signed our will, living will, power of attorney, etc., with Greg at our dining room table this fall 2018. I have to say Greg was the most helpful, thoughtful, and responsive lawyer we ever could have imagined working with. Greg made the entire process super easy. He answered every one of ...our questions and addressed every concern we might have had. He was respectful, a great and concise communicator, and a wonderful listener. He’s especially gifted at explaining legal concepts in plain English which is really helpful. He allowed us to think about ideas and what we wanted to write in our will – but he also made good suggestions that we never would have come up with ourselves. Although we delayed our own process several times, Greg would check-in with us and see if he could help us think something through. If he practiced law in Oregon, where I'm from originally, I would book him for my Mom and family in a second. Hire this guy! And honestly, just get your will done. Check it off the list.
