I first hired Jack to help with a closing a couple years ago. He walked me through every step of the process, making sure I knew exactly what I was signing. Since that time, I have hired Jack to create a living trust and to set up an LLC. The process for each of those was easy. Jack asked a few quest...ions over the phone and when I came to sign the papers, he had everything filled out so all I had to do was sign. I have also called Jack, on numerous occasions, for advice on different properties. Jack saved me from a bad purchase by requesting a "zoning certificate" It turns out that the building was listed as a three unit but was actually zoned as a 2 unit. His due diligence saved me from a potential disaster. I have nothing but good things to say about Jack. He is hard working, diligent, organized, knowledgable, and very client oriented. He cares about his client base. I plan on using Jack very soon for a closing.

I used Jack for 2 closings and he did such a great job that when we found out he also did wills and trusts we used him again....jack is client focused, easy to get a hold of, and detail oriented.
