Dont fall for her promises and words. The only thing she cares about is money. Granted that its a job/business for her but the profession she is in calls for honesty and compassion for her clients who are going through emotional distress too. I hired her for my divorce case and she raked in fees be...yond the actual case (personal small talk during case talk is her game). Her favorite thing is put a lien on your property , she uses your financial discovery to her advantage and figure out how much she can reap from this client.

I retained Daksha to communicate with the bank for my gas station, I payed her $10,000 to file a law suite the following week i told her i changed my mind and not to file the suite and give me my money back, mean while Daksha communicated with bank with proposal and was turned down by the bank. She k...ept the money i gave her to file the suite and sent me invoice that she reached out to the bank and that her legal fee. Bank crushed a little guy like me that's why i went to her, she was worst then the back because that hole time she was very convincing that she will win this and get me the money from the bank. But she wanted her fee and asked me to sell my house or to refinance. VERY BAD PRACTICE
