My uncle hired Matt a few years back to create his will and living will. My uncle has since passed away and Matt has been handling the affairs of his estate, working closely with us for the past several months. I have learned that Matt is a lawyer you can trust. He know his business, is very honest, ...replies to texts, emails, phone calls, etc super quick, takes the time to explain in detail the entire estate process, and answers all my questions. He was also on top of the sale of my uncle's house by consistently working with the buyer's attorney pushing to keep the sales transaction moving along until it finally closed. I am so thankful that my Uncle introduced Matt to us years back. He has made this entire process very painless.

We used Matt's services because he works with our agent frequently and it was just an easy bridge. Unfortunately, Matt is stuck in the stone age. I should have realized it when i saw that he had an AOL email address. He was very difficult to work with through the whole process. He was only availa...ble during limited hours and thus did not respond quickly. His carelessness cost us a major closing credit. He does not explain anything and thinks that the client is knowledgeable of all the legal documents, contracts and deadlines. Matt is completely out of touch with reality and current technology. He does not pay attention to the clients wants or needs. I would never in a million years recommend that any one use Matt Brady's services. It makes me question the ethics of my agent at this point since they work together. Overall, Matt has made my most recent home buying purchase and absolute nightmare. If i could give him zero stars in his rating i would do so.
