Atty. Gerardo Dean filed my EB3 application on April 2016. It got approved on November 2016. Unfortunately, my employer withdrew the petition. At that point, I sought help from an agency in the Philippines but was not successful. I wasted a year from the agency. On August 2018, I contacted Atty....
