I was specifically retained to handle litigation matters and allow the client the opportunity to pursue some settlement or alternative resolution in this case. I diligently appeared in court and kept the plaintiff from obtaining a judgment, including filing multiple motions in the case, despite not being paid. "Daniel Stamm is an extremely knowledgeable and skilled attorney. His vast experience and success in litigation and representation of clients is impressive and well deserved. I am confident that clients are in good hands when represented by Daniel Stamm."
