I don't trust lawyers. There aren't any that are trustworthy, but this one lives up to the deadlines, works on the case and takes pride in his work. As far as lawyers go, I hope he never dies because a good lawyer is hard to find and I hate having to read through the lawyerisms and get ripped off. ... All other lawyers I have ever hired have sucked so I find myself hiring Mr. Gomez for many different things (another plus, which is why I am not choosing which kind of cases he handles, he does a lot). He is knowledgeable on many kinds of law, from helping me recoup wages from employers that stiff me to stopping illegal foreclosure (bank cashed checks and didn't apply them to my account but called me delinquent). I appreciate the fact that I have not had to sue him for a retainer that he won't honor like the last two idgits I hired, and I'm still trying to get my retainer back from one of them.
