Paul helped us on the closing of our condo. We were first time buyers, having no idea of how everything worked out at closing. Paul was very helpful, he was patient answering our questions and mitigating our concerns. He also went through the inspection report and building docs to identify potenti...al risks/issues, so we didn't need to handle too much by ourselves. One thing we really appreciated was he was very responsive to the request from the lender, broker or us. You would want someone like Paul to handle this for you, especially when everything was moving so fast at closing.

Paul is really a nice and responsible lawyer. He is always patient to my questions and respond it very quickly even during late nights or weekends. In addition, he is really responsible for my case. He will tell me what to do and what should be aware of. When I have some complicated situation, such a...s bank statements or closing schedule, he will help list out all those options and recommend me what to do. What's more, sometimes even I can't get quickly response from the lender and insurance agent, he will help me to contact and find solutions. He is way better than other lawyers.

Paul is knowledgeable, responsive and patient with stupid questions. He knows the field, so is able to advise on typical patterns or oddities. He is absolutely dedicated to his clients-- I wasn't able to be around for a closing, so he completely worked around that and went in prepared with everything... he needed to be able to take care of it.
