When we recently decided to buy a condo in west loop Chicago, we didn't expect to deal with all the incompetent people in Chicago housing market! My banker sent out every document in last "seconds" before deadline. ALLstate muslim representative disappeared when we asked him to send our insurance pa...per to our Banker. Before he disappeared he found out that we are GAY couple. And also people from ALLstate who did our appraisal was really careless in calculation. My real estate agent was basically no show when anytime I need her on my side. The most ridiculous thing was the seller's lawyer provided wrong docs of the condo we purchased, and every doc needed to be resigned in couple days before closing. Fortunately, we had Paul on our side. He did everything he can for us. He highlighted every lines in whole docs we need to read, twice (wrong docs and right docs)! He always reminded Banker to meet deadline. He replied email in minutes and explained everything patiently. He was polite but firm when he talked with sellers on our behalf. All in all, he was really helpful, we appreciated what he had done for us in past 60 days.

Paul helped us with the closing process of our condo. He was knowledgeable, helpful, available and communicative. Since this was the first time for us buying a condo here in the States we needed help and guidance which he provided excellently. We could not ask for more and would highly recommend Paul...'s legal services.
