They swooped in, revived my denied trademark app, submitted all the info required to for my original app while al...so adding another one all with little to no effort on my part and executed it flawlessly. My company is a startup, digital platform working with a variety of content creators, producers and talent across music and entertainment. We were in need of a new lawyer after working with one for 6 months, who we did not have a great experience with. Jeff came highly recommended, but I was skepti...cal and cautious given my previous experience with the past lawyer. Our initial meeting was great, with all the typical "getting to know you" and learning about how he works, his pay structure, the team, the support we will get, etc. I already felt at ease given Jeff's very candid and friendly demeanor. However, given that we were in transition of lawyers, there were some time-sensitive documents and work that needed to be done asap so I was a bit concerned whether he could help us right away and deliver what we needed by our due dates. When a day went by and Jeff began to get the wheels moving (even before we signed his retainer agreement), I was floored! Not only did he have ALL the work done on time, but he guided us through the process, and explained everything to me and my team in a thorough manner that we can understand. It has now been several months and my experience working with Jeff is phenomenal! He is extremely easy to work with, he is thorough, patient and fair. He explains things to his clients in a very clear and easy-to-understand manner which is great (it saves us time and money!) He always delivers the work on time 100%, and has never put us on the back-burner. He does what he says and honors his word which is excellent....because I know that we're not his only client (as a startup, we are still treated like one of his celebrity clients!). But the best thing I love about working with Jeff, is that stepping back from the work, I can see that he's well respected in the industry and in the community, and has a great reputation. Having now worked with him, I can see why. We're very lucky to have him......because it's my opinion, he's the BEST in entertainment law in Chicago.

He was very responsive - even on weekends - to my time-sensitive calls and emails. He was knowledgeable in all aspects... of our distribution project.
