Timely well-researched responses

Wendy pointed out where I could potentially be blind-sided and alerted me to ensure I get my property taxes pro-rated to a higher percentage. Based on her research, I decided to not go forward with a purchase of a property as well. All this for reasonable fee. Thank you!

Extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to work with

I contracted Wendy Calvert while looking at properties in the Milwaukee area. Wendy laid out a plan and executed it very well. She was knowledgeable of the area I was interested in which added a personal touch to my request. I found Ms. Calvert to be engaging and very client focused. I found her to ...be prepared with alternative suggestions. And most importantly, I believe she used OUR time wisely. Thanks again Wendy
