Thoughtful and thorough free consultation and referral

I met with Matt for an expert consultation while negotiating a real estate property settlement during my divorce. He walked me through my rights under the law and various options and even offered some creative suggestions that my divorce attorney had not considered. He was patient while answering al...l my questions even though this was a consult and I ultimately used some of his suggestions in my final settlement. Several years later, I called Matt again for advice on a child custody case. Even though I had moved to another state, he took the time to reach out to his professional network and connected me with a colleague locally who did a great job with my case.

IMO

Been my lawyer since my juvenile days. Such a great lawyer and a even better person! Saved me from so much county time and STILL representing me to this day. 10/10

EXCELLENT ATTORNEY

I was on a lawyer search for a couple months having consult after consult but something did not feel right with each attorney. Then I met with Matt and immediately I knew that he was the lawyer for me. He had a nice calm demeaner and he wasn't too in your face or aggressive. He had a "chill" element ...but not one that would make you think he didn't take his job seriously. It was the perfect amount of "chill". He was also very reasonably priced. After I hired him he was available anytime I called or texted him and if he was unable to pick up he also got back to me in a reasonable time frame. Also Matt was well informed and knew exactly what he was talking about every time. I had 3 hearings with him and one without. He prepared me so well for the hearings that when I was in the hearing office I was calm cool and collected. Not a nervous bone in my body. I chose to go to the one hearing without him because it was an informal one and he had prepared me so well for the two previous hearings that I was confident in myself and everything we went over that I felt like I could knock it out and I DID!! Even so he still offered his services for that hearing. Matt was always professional and the courteous. He prepared me for any and every situation. And he always would say "We can meet as many times as you would like, its up to you." but he also didn't have a problem with saying "I think we might need one more meet up before the hearing." So I knew he always had the best for me in mind. Matt is an excellent attorney and if I EVER need an attorney again I will be contacting him. And I recommend him for ANY and EVERY situation or case you might have.

Kindness and knowledge

Our lawyer went through two sales of our condo with patience and knowledge. His kindness and understanding of people assures you that you are in good hands. He responded quickly to our calls and concerns and handled everything in our best interest. He spoke honestly to us and we always knew we could... trust him.

Matthew Scott Arthur

Matt Arthur has been our attorney for 6 years. He was recommended to us when my boyfriend was facing a felony charge. He successfully got it reduced to a lesser charge which resulted in no jail time. Since then he has a handled a stressful short sale real estate closing for us as well as driver licen...se/ticket issues. We have also recommended him to others and they were also happy with his services. He is on time, able to explain the process simply and he treats you as a person, not just a case.
