Marcus Louis Schantz

I was being charged with 2 counts of resisting a peace officer, battery against a sergeant, and aggravated assault of peace officer. Mr. Schantz worked to give me 1 year supervision & $250 fine. I had a fine because with my job, I was unable to do 40 hours of community service. I highly recommend him.... He was/is great. I did not meet Mr. Schantz until the day of court. I did electronic payments from my bank to his 1 week after I spoke to him. Unlike 90% of all other attorney's, Mr. Schantz listened to everything I had to say and understood me. I felt justice while speaking to him about my case. He is also extremely reasonable with charging his clients. I never worked with a lawyer before and Overall this man deserves a name out there so that others are aware you don't need an attorney with 50 plus yrs experience and charge you $$$ just to come and review your case. I find it a shame his other clients have not posted a review about him because he surly deserves it!!!! I could not possibly thank him enough. I'm truly happy with the outcome of my experience with Mr.Schwetz. I also forgot to mention that prior to this incident I had previous arrest records on my rap sheet which include felonies. This did, however impact the outcome of sentence. Had I not had a past or even felonies I could have been approved 6 mo probation. Considering what I received I'm the happiest man alive. I can't stress more enough that Mr.Schwetz got my aggravated assault and battery dismised. In the end I only got charged with resisting arrest.
