Thomas William Goedert

Bankruptcy not filed. I Hired Mr. Goedert Because a friend of mine knew him and recommended him. He had me meet him at his office to sign an agreement and pay him $2500. I paid him with a check. Within 15 minutes of leaving his office I received a phone call from my bank stating that Mr. Goedert was ...cashing my check and was this a legitimate check. This was a bit of a red flag to me but since my friend knew him well I didn’t think it was an issue. I had a deadline that I needed my bankruptcy filed by and he knew this. However, soon after him caching my check I kept calling him for information on the bankruptcy and he became very slow at returning my calls are giving me information. My deadline came and went and to this day I have still not heard from him he does not return my phone calls or my emails or text messages. I did file an investigation at the attorney registration and Disciplinary Commission of the Supreme Court Of Illinois. If there is anyone else out there that has had this issue with him I would like to hear from you! Thank you.
