Please avoid using her, she will avoid confrontation, and keep telling her client they are in the wrong. She won’t take aggressive actions towards the situation and it will cost you a loss at the end. She continued to delay the case, and refused to file motions necessary to strengthen the case. She m...ight have been good in the past but now she has forgotten why she even became a lawyer in the first place. Now it is all about the money and no empathy.

She will get a lone star from me, I don't even know where to start sharing my experiences. Let me just make the long story short. She was all about money, she din't explain anything to me and she knew time was a ticking bomb given I was dealing with a difficult spouse. I was under tremendous pressure... but she took the entire retainer and quit anyways without helping this was worst outcome at the worst timing. Avoid her if you can, Looking back I realize how dumb i was since there should have been so many things, precautions and petitions that could have been that would have avoided the unnecessary trauma and turmoil I went through. Absolutely avoid her.

I hired Bennett Law, and specifically Sarah, to write and execute my prenuptial agreement. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for, but also made suggestions and explained a lot to me. She was incredibly personable and very responsive to anything I needed. I also found her fees to be re...sonable (I researched quite a few other attorneys) and she was conscious of her billings. When my ex had told me he wanted a divorce, I knew immediately I wanted a lawyer to protect myself and my young children (4yo and 1yo) through the process and for our future. Sarah had submitted the initial document, the Petition for Dissolution of Marriage on November 17th to the court, and our divorce was finalized on February 11th. The proceedings were pretty seamless thanks to Attorney Sarah Casey and her team, paralegal Cassie and Attorney Brad Bennett. The process was clearly communicated, detailing each step and what to expect along the way. When it came down to the week prior to our prove-up in court, Sarah prepared my ex and I with how our court appearance would go, including the questions she was going to ask us each separately in front of the Judge. She prepared me (us) for a pivotal moment in our lives, and I can’t thank her and Bennett Law enough for the professional, hard work put into my case.
