My legal case was entering its 3rd year when Attorney Fitter entered as an assistant to my Attorney. The basis of the case was a dispute over the executors management of estate funds and the amounts the executor distributed to the beneficiaries. The case was dragging on primarily due to difficulties... with getting a handle on what was in the estate at time of death, how the funds were accounted for after death until the closing of the estate 5 years later and the argument between the parties of, what should have been, and what was, distributed. Attorney Fitter was instrumental in assisting my Lawyer in closing the loop on these questions based on his financial and accounting expertise. This was key in bringing the defendant to the bargaining table and arriving at a settlement shortly thereafter.

I was looking to hire a vendor for a non-profit that I work with and needed to make sure that their contract wasn't going to leave the non-profit on the hook for anything.
