I came to the US on a J1 and had applied for a waiver which was approved, subsequently had I130 and 485 pending for the last 1.5 years. Recently after filing a mandamus and spending upward of 20K, received a notice of intent to deny. I had lost all faith in my previous attorney and on a relatives sug...gestion, hired attorney Siddique. The time frame was 28 days in which she had to go over 3 years worth of immigration history. She filed the reply for NOID in an extremely timely fashion and very meticulously. I have nothing but good things to say about her. Long story short, within 15 days of her submitting her affidavit, both pending cases were approved. The only regret I have is not having hired her from the beginning!!

Whenever I had a question she was available - she either helped me over the phone or through an e-mail. I only had to go to her office 2-3 times, which was very convenient. My case was over and done earlier then I expected which,needless to say ,made my life so much easier. Saadia is very knowledgeable efficient and professional. One of the worst immigration experiences I’ve ever had. I hired this firm expecting professional guidance, but what I received instead was anxiety, delay, and a lack of basic accountability. Most of the work was done by me—I gathered nearly all the paperwork and only needed the attorney to review and... submit on time. Unfortunately, the immigration office did not receive the documents because the lawyer reportedly sent them to an outdated email. When I raised concerns, I was shocked to receive an email stating, “I won’t review or edit and will submit as is.” That was beyond unprofessional. The issue isn’t just about money—it’s about ethics. Taking payment without delivering the promised services is unacceptable. I was also disappointed by the lack of consideration for my disability or how medications affected my communication speed. At this point, I’m considering filing a complaint with the bar. My sincere advice: if you proceed with this firm, be extremely specific about what deliverables you expect, when they will be completed, and how communication will be handled. Even if they deny responsibility or claim I wasn’t a formal client, I stand by my experience. I just want to move on and never revisit this chap
