Saadia its regarding to guy you replied on dream act. I have an experience of 2 misdemeanor while on green card. I was not convicted as I got deferred prosecution with hold open. I was not required to enter plea. Charges were dropped and case was dismissed. No plea with hold open has no effect on imm...igration. Its not a conviction at all for immigaration.
