My go to guy, you can't ask for better service

I am certain that you will never find another lawyer as trustworthy and giving as Phillip. He took my calls at all hours (I work an off schedule) and was always ready to help. His fees and rates are actually LOWER than he said, what more can you ask for!

Suspension Until Compliance With Condition(S) issued in IL, 2014

updated on 10/21/2014

A suspension until compliance with conditions reflects a determination that the lawyer has engaged in misconduct and that the misconduct warrants an interruption of the lawyer's authority to practice law during the suspension period, which is a fixed period of time identified in the Supreme Court's order and until the lawyer complies with condition(s) imposed by the Court. The lawyer is not authorized to practice law during the period of the suspension.

Phillip’s comment:

“Error://There was no IARDC discipline pending against this attorney as of the update date.”

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline
This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority in 2014
Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
