My husband and I engaged Nestor to assist with converting an H1B visa to Permanent Resident status. We would absolutely recommend Nestor to anyone going through a similar process. He made everything easy to understand; he would send us detailed emails outlining specifically which documents we neede...d to gather for our application. His estimations of the timeline were nearly spot-on. Even better, most of our correspondence was directly with Nestor himself, though his team is also very responsive. For the two months that followed, Nestor helped my family get our loved-one out of detention on bond. It was not an easy case. Nestor was with us every step of the way, he was so patient with us and he worked diligently on the case. He spent a lot of time with us, helping us to understand everything, and helping us prepare the necessary documents. He also spent long hours preparing for the hearing. Milla Vicario's fees are very reasonable compared to some of the shadey-laywers you hear about. I feel that every dollar we spent on legal fees with Nestor Vicario was worth it! In short, I HIGHLY recommend Nestor Vicario, and his firm Milla Vicario, if someone in your family has an immigration issue.
