Nestor Vicario

Nestor assisted us putting together a green card application for me (an Australian citizen) and my American wife. We met with Nestor after reading some good reviews of the firm he was working with and, despite a slightly longer wait for the initial consultation, found Nestor to be diligent, thorough ...and professional in all of our dealings with him. He responded promptly to emails and phone calls throughout the process — we'd heard what an arduous task assembling the paperwork for the application could be so were relieved to have Nestor essentially provide checklists, advice and preparatory interviews notes as we pulled our documentation together and prepared for the interview. At the outset, Nestor had told us to expect the process to take, in total, about 4–6 months. In the end, I had my green card in a little over 4 months. We felt very well prepared for our interview, to which Nestor accompanied us which made us infinitely more at ease with things. About mid-way through the process we had to return to Australia to see an ill relative, which required some scrambling to put in an application to be granted advance parole to re-enter the country while the green card application was being processed. Again, Nestor was extremely helpful in advising on the procedure and the various avenues we could look to explore should the advance parole application be delayed for whatever reason. We cut it pretty fine in the end but managed to get the advance parole issued, with Nestor accompanying me to the immigration office where we waited for several hours to be seen and to have the document issued. All in all, I"d highly recommend Nestor Vicario.

Got my Daca !! yay , sent my application at the end of last year and now I got approved for Daca shortly this april 2016 , didn't realize it would be fast. I originally came to Nestor for a consultation, as he was one of the few immigration lawyers I could find offering a free consultation. After our appointment though, I realized I wanted his expertise and decided to hire him to help bring my wife to the U.S. I had never hired a lawyer before and was... skeptical that one could help me without digging deep within my pockets. But Nestor never struck me as a "lawyer". He seemed like a guy I could relate to, and was keen on letting me talk, and occasionally vent, uninterrupted. His listening skills are exceptional. Never at one point did I feel like Nestor was in it for the money. He was always available when I needed him, and would return calls or e-mails promptly. He offered me a flat-rate and didn't charge me extra every time I called or e-mailed him; and trust me, I contacted him a lot. With my dream being realized, and my wife finally being at my side (after months of delays and neglect at the hands of the government), I now look to the future, with the ultimate goal being obtaining U.S. citizenship for my wife, three years down the line. This will be another instance where I will come into contact with the government, and be presented with a large load of paperwork. And in this process, hiring Nestor again and utilizing his services is an absolute no-brainer. Nestor is someone who I trust wholly with something as delicate as my wife's legal status in this country. He is someone who has changed my perception of lawyers, and opened my eyes to the legal process. He has changed my life in a monumentally positive way, and I look to remain in contact with him until the next time we work together years from now.

Nestor provided outstanding legal services to me and my parents. I had to file for citizenship and later on that year form I-130 for my parents. He is extremely experienced and knowledgeable when it comes to the immigration law. We loved his work ethic and passion, it was good to finally find someone... who truly cared about our case. He was very detail oriented, took his time explaining things and made us feel very comfortable and confident during the entire process.
