I have defnded Corporate America throughout my entire career as a trial lawyer and have handled cases in 44 of the 50 states and Puerto Rico, Have been National Trial Counsel for Desoto Chemicals, Johnson Controls, Inc, Roper Corporation, Sears, Roebuck and Co and Whilpool Corporation. and as Illinois Trial Counsel got International Harvestor and Fiat-Allis. Trials have included Antiitrust (e.g. Japanese Electronic Products Antitrust Litigation, MDL 189 in Philadelphia), Business Litigation ( e.g. Suits to halt construction of the Sears Tower) , Premises Liability ( e.g. DuPont Plaza Hotel Fire, San Juan, Puerto Rico), Product Libility ( e.g. over 100 suits for alleged retailer liability in connection with tire failure).
In addition , I have lectured and given seminars to law firms and professional "The Individual Selling of Legal Services". I have served as an expert witness on Illinos Law in a case pending in St. Martin, Dutch West Indies
