My career has been spent assisting clients with their important patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret matters.  I assist clients in identifying the rights they have or are creating.  I work with clients on identifying the appropriate type of intellectual property protection available for their business and innovations and then I assist them in applying for those rights.  I work with clients to understand the ways in which their intellectual property can be used to strengthen the intellectual property right and the good will developed as a result of strategic use of their rights.  As a trial lawyer, I have handled patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret matters in court either assisting clients in filing and pursuing claims against others, or defending clients when they are accused of infringing the rights of others.  I have represented individuals and companies of all sizes in the enforcement of their intellectual property rights.
