Julie Elizabeth Fox

Julie began practicing at the Office of the Public Guardian of Cook County, Illinois, where she represented abused and neglected children. She then went into private practice and broadened her career to include real estate litigation, commercial litigation and probate matters. Beginning in 2005, Julie was brought on as an associate at a firm concentrating in commercial litigation and probate law. While there, she continued her commercial litigation and handled the probate practice, which included both routine and contested decedents' estates and guardianship matters for disabled adults and children. Julie also is regularly appointed as Special Representative in foreclosure cases when there is a deceased mortgagor. In 2010, Julie joined her mother, attorney Sherry A. Fox, in opening FOX LAW OFFICES LLC. As of October 2014, Julie is the sole proprietor of FOX LAW OFFICES LLC.

Areas of concentration: Probate litigation, including guardianship matters for disabled adults and children, and decedents' estates. Serving as a Special Representative in mortgage foreclosure matters.
