I hired John to what I thought would be a short mediation, which has turned into a longer battle. Although I have not received resolution at this time, I can confidently say I have the best attorney possible for my issues (EEO) with my employer. John is extremely empathetic, honest and always resp...onds to calls/emails in a timely manner (same day). John is extremely professional and also very personable. He has offered his legal expertise on other issues outside the scope of my employment issues (such as reviewing a FOIA request). John will be upfront and honest if something is out of his scope of expertise. John is an incredibly kind person and has become what I consider a friend, but he is also not afraid to fight.
