Attorney failed to reaffirm our mortgage. As a result our timely mortgage payments were not reported to the credit bureaus and we have no credit score. We have no recourse at all due to his negligence. Reaffirmation must take place within 60 days of creditors meeting. It has to be applied for. He did... nothing. Never advised us we would need to reach out to our lender. We put our faith in this attorney and he didn't do his job. Stay away. Find someone else.
