Biography
As a Partner of Stephan Zouras, LLP, I litigate on behalf of clients in both class action and individual cases, representing people in a wide-range of employment law disputes under both state and federal law, including upaid wages and employee misclassification. I also have been involved in litigating numerous class and individual actions under the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act, as well as a wide-range of legal disputes involving antitrust issues, consumer fraud, mass torts, catastrophic injury and wrongful death.
I recently served as a Chapter Editor for BNA's Second Edition of the Age Discrimination in Employment Law Treatise.
I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Psychology from Saint Mary's College in South Bend, Indiana and I am a 2015 graduate of UIC's The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, where I also served as a Member-Counselor of the Business Enterprise Law Clinic and Teaching & Research Assistant to first-year Evidence classes.
I have been a member of the Stephan Zouras team since 2013, when I joined as a law clerk, and am licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois. I am an active member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Women's Bar Association of Illinois, the Illinois State Bar Association and the Young Lawyers Section of the CBA.
