Biography
Amy (Chesshir) Frantz joined Chilton Yambert Porter LLP in 2016. Since joining the firm, she has worked to defend clients in a wide variety of matters, including motor vehicle accidents and premises liability.
Previously, Amy worked at a plaintiff's personal injury firm where she represented victims in a wide variety of personal injury matters.
Amy earned her law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law. While in law school, Amy earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in legal writing for earning the top grade in her class and was selected to the Dean’s List multiple semesters.
Amy took full advantage of the opportunity to gain practical legal experience while in school. She was afforded the opportunity to extern for the Honorable Judge Jesse Reyes.
Prior to law school, Amy attended the University of Kansas, where she earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Psychology.
Amy is an avid sports fan and enjoys cheering on all her favorite teams, including the Kansas Jayhawks. In her spare time, Amy enjoys exploring Chicago, spending time with her dog Presley, and staying active by running and participating in recreational sports leagues.
