Adam Keith Beattie

Adam works closely with his litigation clients to find practical solutions to their problems both in and out of court. He dedicates himself to fully understanding his client's needs and working to achieve them, whether by a negotiated settlement, arbitration or trial. Adam's litigation experience includes breach of contract, trademark disputes, internal business disputes, landlord and tenant litigation (RLTO), commercial evictions, products liability defense and trust and trustee litigation.

Adam advises his Business clients in diverse areas, including business formation, contract review, and drafting of waivers, releases and consent agreements.
