Robert Muriel accepted our case after the previous lawyer basically thought our case was not worth pursuing. He quickly got up to speed on what is a complex case and conducted more investigation. He constructed a compelling motion and represented us at trial with a successful outcome causing the ju...dge to rule the defendants “not credible”. Robert subsequently completed a motion which resulted in our being awarded attorney fees from the defendant. He also filed another motion in the same case which involved a deceased elderly person and the proper execution of her will. This part of the case has not yet been decided by the court system. Robert is a very intelligent person who is very professional in his preparation, knowledge and ability to build a solid case with special attention to detail.
